Merry Christmas!!!!
What a year it’s been!
This year I started to blog even though my mouth was dry as dust and I was scared to death. After all, what the hell did I have to say to you guys?
Then at the end of April Reckless Nights In Rome was published. Too many thousands of downloaded copies later, it’s still being downloaded across the globe via Amazon, iTunes, Kobo, Nook and Smashwords.
But what’s even better than all that writing stuff is the fact I met YOU guys! Woot! And what a crazy bunch of nutters you are and how lucky am I?
There was Thor’s big hammer and who could forget that?
After the Royal Wedding, Bottom’s Up was the post that brought in a huge number of views, which just goes to show where your imagination went.
There was the Queen’s Jubilee with Gary Barlow’s song going global.
The post on Sex education via my son when he was six got laughs.
As did the posts on dressing your wife and dressing your husband. Hmm, brought in interesting perspectives. Loved it.
There was Dale Amedei’s The Anvil of The Craftsman, which I still say will end up a movie.
Then there was Lindsay J. Pryor’s launch of Blood Shadows, and ditto for a movie.
So what’s next year going to bring?
Well, I’m guesting on other blogs. The biggie is a two-day writing craft/how I write post on Natalie G Owen’s blog on the 29/3o December which I’ll link for you writer peeps.
Then I’ve a big surprise post on the 31st December. (It’ll be a BIG surprise for the person concerned and I wish I was a fly on the wall when it goes global.)
I’m posting on New Year’s day and I don’t expect a lot of response since you’ll all be under the table speaking in tongues.
I’ve a big post on being naughty (not hard) for the first week in January 2013.
And I’m having many guest bloggers posting on a Wednesday.
MERRY CHRIMBO!!
